Running Xell to get the Fuse list of the CPU
The Kernel Version needs to be Compatible check it here..... Also Your Console Needs to Be Compatible here.....
Xbox 360 Slim NAND chip Circled in Yellow is where all the operating system software is stored to run the console
This is were the encrypted keyvault data is stored. The Keyvault is unique to every game console. This information cannot be decrypted unless you have the CPU key. Thats when the Rest Glitch comes in by initially running Xell Linux code the CPU fuse list can be accessed this is where the CPU key is and also the LDV (Lock Down Value)
The system blows Internal CPU Electronic Fuses after any system updates and
Writes the LDV value to the Keyvault part of the NAND Flash
When the system starts up the LDV value in the CPU list must match the LDV value in the NAND key vault
If there is a Mismatch the System will red ring the a system error
This is purely to stop downgrading your kernel version
Once we get the CPU key, the NAND dump file can be decrypted, Full access to the key vault and all the console Information can be extracted
CPU internal Fuse list displayed in Xell when the Xbox is Glitched
Line 4 and line 5 will give you the CPU key needed to fully unlock the Key vault
Lines 7 and 8 give you the LDV value in the case above LDV 8
Once the CPU key is obtained The NAND Flash can be read with programs like 360 Flash Dump tool
Custom operating System software can be Installed to the NAND Flash like Freestyle dash to allow external mass storage hard drives, Nintendo, Sega, Atari game play, Game Disc backup and many other utilities Just Like a JTag Console
360 Flash Tool showing the NAND File System
The Kernel Version is 13146 you can see the LDV value is 10
If we were to do a system update to say 14719 the CPU would blow another fuse and LDV Value would change to 11 This new value is written into the NAND key vault and when the console restarts the CPU fuse value is read and compared to the NAND value for a match Once the internal CPU fuses are blown they cannot be revoked
Not every Xbox 360 is Glitch-able check the compatibility here.....
