Removal Of the Duo X 2 Modchip
The DuoX2 Chip has been removed from the main board all excessive solder removed, the complete board cleaned surface mounted caps replaced. This was a very time consuming job that ended up taking hours to repair. The end result
was the Xbox console was fully operational. Excessive solder can fall onto surface mounted board components creating a short circuit that renders the console lifeless. Duo X 2 LPC header connector was resoldered to ensure good connection to the PCB
